Shipping and Delivery Policy
At PROTEAM DETAILING, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We work with reliable courier companies to deliver orders safely across all governorates of Egypt.
Delivery Areas
We deliver orders throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to the coverage areas available through our contracted courier companies.
Delivery availability, delivery time, or shipping cost may vary for certain distant areas or locations requiring special delivery arrangements.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- The delivery address and location.
- The governorate and area.
- The available courier company.
- The size and weight of the order.
- The type of products ordered.
The final shipping charge will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and prepared during official working days only, from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
- Cairo, Giza, and most Lower Egypt governorates: 2 to 5 working days.
- Upper Egypt governorates and certain distant areas: 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch, not necessarily from the date the order is placed.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery address, courier company, product availability, order volume, and operational circumstances.
Orders Placed on Thursday
Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Thursday, or during Friday and Saturday, will begin processing and dispatch from the following Sunday, which is the next working day.
Public Holidays and Busy Periods
Order processing and delivery times may be affected during:
- Public holidays and official occasions.
- Promotional and sale periods.
- Periods of high order volume.
- Severe weather or emergency conditions.
- Circumstances beyond the control of PROTEAM DETAILING or the courier company.
We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by these circumstances may be outside our control.
Dispatch Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the courier company, you will receive a notification by email or through one of the contact methods provided with your order.
The courier company will provide any available tracking information. The courier may also contact you by telephone to confirm the address or arrange a suitable delivery time.
Real-time tracking may not be available from all courier companies or for all delivery areas.
Delivery Address and Contact Details
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is correct and complete before confirming the order, including:
- The recipient’s full name.
- Telephone number.
- Governorate and area.
- Street name and building number.
- Floor and flat number, where applicable.
- Any nearby landmark that may help the courier locate the address.
PROTEAM DETAILING is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, or an incorrect or unavailable telephone number.
Receiving an Order on Someone Else’s Behalf
The person who placed the order does not need to receive the shipment personally.
Any person available at the specified delivery address may receive the order on the customer’s behalf. The courier company may require the recipient to sign for or otherwise confirm receipt of the shipment in accordance with its procedures.
Delivery to a person present at the specified address, together with the courier’s proof of delivery, will be considered successful completion of the delivery.
By signing for the shipment, the recipient confirms that the order has been received. We therefore recommend checking the packaging and products immediately upon delivery for any visible damage or missing items.
Customer Unavailability or Failed Delivery
The customer must ensure that they, or another person, are available at the agreed delivery address to receive the order.
The order may be returned to PROTEAM DETAILING in the following circumstances:
- No one is available to receive the order.
- The customer does not answer the courier’s telephone calls.
- The courier is unable to reach the customer after completing the delivery attempts permitted under its policy.
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The telephone number is incorrect or unavailable.
- The customer refuses to accept the order without a product defect or fulfilment error.
- The courier company is unable to reach the delivery address.
Where delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, does not respond, or provides incorrect or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charge and any additional charges required to resend the order.
The customer may be required to pay the additional shipping charge in advance before the order is dispatched again.
Delivery Attempts
The number of delivery attempts is determined by the courier company in accordance with its operational policy.
If the courier company is unable to deliver the order after completing its permitted delivery attempts, the order may be returned to PROTEAM DETAILING.
Where failed delivery results from customer unavailability, failure to respond, or incorrect delivery details, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charge, return shipping charges, and any additional charges required to resend the order.
Changing the Delivery Address or Delivery Time
A request to change the delivery address may be submitted to Customer Service before the order is handed to the courier company.
We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been dispatched. Changing the address or governorate may result in additional charges or a longer delivery time.
The customer may coordinate a suitable delivery time directly with the courier, subject to the courier’s schedule and operating policy.
Delivery on a specific date or at a specific time cannot be guaranteed unless it has been confirmed by the courier company.
Orders Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect the condition of the outer packaging when receiving your order.
Where the shipment appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please photograph its condition and inform the courier immediately, where possible.
If you receive a damaged product, an incomplete order, or a product that does not match your order, you must submit a claim through the returns portal or return request form available on our website within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the packaging, products, and issue must be included.
The claim will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Courier Delays
Delays may occur because of the courier company’s operational circumstances, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
PROTEAM DETAILING will assist in following up on the shipment with the courier company. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date after the order has been transferred to the courier company.
A delivery delay does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund of the shipping charge, unless the order is lost or delivery becomes permanently impossible.
Cancelling an Order After Dispatch
Where a customer requests cancellation after the order has been handed to the courier company, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.
If the customer refuses delivery or returns the order after dispatch without an error by PROTEAM DETAILING, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and any additional costs charged by the courier company.
